If you are planning to produce and sell commercial items with designs created by Laus’ Digital
Paper Store, you need to adhere to these rules.

Please keep Order Confirmation emails and your receipt for proof of License. There won’t be any documents sent to you.

Allowed:

1. Printing on merchandise for sale – including items as canvases, stationery, handmade or printed
cards, business cards, clothing, promotional material, home decor etc. As long as the item
purchased is used within your design, cannot be used alone.

2.Advertising, logo and web design – including website or blog templates, banners, etc. (unlimited
impressions, views and/or visits)

3.Your own design work for hire as long as the purchased design is less than one-third of the total
piece

Not Allowed:

1.Even with Commercial licensing you may not -under any conditions- give away the original files as
freebies, giveaways or free downloads.

2.The original files may not be resold, sub licensed, rented, transferred or otherwise made available
for use.

3.You may not claim the work of Lau’s Digital Paper Store as your own.

4.Use the graphics in any way that could be considered offensive, racist or obscene.

The purchase of this license does not transfer copyright. All copyrights remain with Lau’s Digital
Paper Store.

*Lau’s Digital Paper designs are created for personal use, educational use, small
business/commercial use and mass production as long as they are altered and incorporated into
your own creation, cannot be used or sold as is, please respect the hard work and time that is
spent to create images…
